Fact: there is plenty of documented proof that FTK has been using their logo since 2001, it was registered and trademarked in 2003.

Fact:Flash mx was released with a old copy of macromedia flash 6 which was released march 2002. so get your facts straight before you try to correct someone,And your simple little logo was trademarked in 03 and supposibly used in 01″ but flash has been using the icon in its previous programs which were first released in 96′ what a coinsidence the logos are so much alike?? please you chubby little chucky doll with glasses dont try to pull the wool over our eyes you guys claim to be original but you yourselfs are style munchers.FTK ORIGINAL? even if you can prove that macromedias icon was created first (which you have yet to do) it doesnt negate anything that FTK/Antilabs collective have created and produced, nor does it edify anything you have done in life.
I am less concerned with the intricacy of the design of our corporate symbol, than the meaning behind it, an icon should be simplistic and easily identifiable in its market, which it unquestionably is, and the legacy which it represents is undisputedly innovative and original.
