I was very young the first time I heard Rammellzee (RAM plus M for Magnitude, Sigma (Σ) the first summation operator, first L - longitude, second L -latitude, Z - z-bar, Σ, Σ – summation.) and K-Rob’s immortal Beat Bop on the Style Wars Sndtrck, I remember feeling confused yet deeply intrigued. Now that I am older and somewhat wiser (yet somewhat not) I am beginning to think that maybe ol’ Ramm had it all figured out long ago.

One thing is for certian, we lost an important pioneer in both the musical and visual arts of our culture. Much Respect. RIP!
