Founded by Nick Jara, FTK Construction Services is based in Loveland and works throughout Northern Colorado, with a second market in the Denver metro. That means crews who already know local building departments, inspectors, and suppliers, and a project lead you can reach directly. We carry Colorado contractor licensing, general liability coverage, and workers' compensation on every job, and we price work as fixed, line-item estimates so there are no surprises mid-build.
Licensed and general liability, workers' comp. Documentation before you sign.
