    Denver Kitchen Remodeling Questions

How much does a kitchen remodel cost in Denver?+
Most Denver kitchen remodels run $35,000 to $120,000+ depending on cabinets, countertops, layout changes, and finish level. Cabinet refinishing alone starts around $4,000. Every project starts with a free walkthrough and a fixed line-item estimate.
How long does a kitchen renovation take?+
A typical full kitchen remodel takes 6 to 10 weeks from demo to final walkthrough. Cabinet refinishing runs 1 to 2 weeks. Open-concept renovations with structural work can take 10 to 14 weeks depending on permitting in your municipality.
Are you a licensed kitchen contractor in Colorado?+
Yes. FTK Construction is a fully licensed and insured Colorado contractor for kitchen renovations, with general liability and workers' compensation coverage. License documentation is provided with every signed contract.
Do you handle design, cabinets, countertops, and installation?+
Yes. We handle design, custom cabinetry, countertops, backsplash, flooring, lighting, plumbing, electrical, and final finishing as a single turnkey kitchen contractor across Denver, Aurora, Centennial, and Highlands Ranch.
Will I be without a kitchen the whole time?+
Yes, but we minimize disruption. We help homeowners set up a temporary kitchen with the refrigerator, microwave, and coffee station in another room, and we contain dust with zip walls to keep the rest of the home livable.
